HOW CAN I SEE APARTMENTS AND HOW DO I APPLY?
All business is conducted online at Metro Huntsville including viewing and applying for an apartment.

2. Select the "Make an Appointment" page on the top menu bar.
3. Read the qualifications needed to become a resident.
4. If you meet these requirements, fill out and send the questionnaire.
5. You must also send your license or government issued ID to appointments@metroHSVapts.com
6. We will contact you for an appointment to see the apartments. Afterwards, apply online.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Yes, we allow cats only. Two per apartment - We do not allow dogs. No reptiles, birds, fish or other exotic pets.
HOW CAN I DO LAUNDRY?
We have our own completely renovated credit card or app operated laundry that is for Metro Huntsville residents only. The laundry is well lit and is open 24/7 for residents and guests only.
WHAT ABOUT UTILITIES?
Every apartment has their own account with Huntsville Utilities for electric and water/sewer. You will open an account that starts on your move-in date. We do supply trash and monthly pest service as well as maintain your AC filters and alarm batteries on a regular basis.
HOW DOES GOOGLE FIBER WORK?
After becoming a resident, you will Contact Google Fiber directly. They offer 2 plans. 1000mbps or 2000mbps Download Speeds. There is no need for cable as virtually everything is available streaming online. Google will bill you directly.
DO YOU SHOW APARTMENTS TO WALK-UPS?
We do not maintain an office on-site and are not setup to show apartments to walk-ups. All applicants must go through our online process starting at the "Make an Appointment" page.
All applicants signing the lease must be 21 years of age. We do not allow co-signing of leases. For roommates, friends, and unmarried couples; at least one of you must be able to qualify alone and sign the lease. The other must apply and will be an approved resident in the apartment if accepted. We do not combine incomes and credit in any of the above scenarios. Examples: Good credit in one individual and good income in the other is not a basis for approval. We also will not use the combined income of 2 individuals to meet the income threshold unless married.
HOW DO I PAY RENT?
By hitting the "Easy Button"! because everything at Metro Huntsville is done online. Residents are provided private access to the Metro Huntsville Online Resident Portal. Here you can setup all your financials including autopay (recommended) so you are assured rent is paid on time. On the portal you can view your lease and other documents, submit maintenance requests, make payments and see your account status 24/7.
WHAT IS THE PARKING LIKE?
Each unit is assigned one parking spot near to their door. Up to one extra car per apartment is allowed. Second cars and guests park along our field road in the unmarked spaces. We also have additional guest parking in front of the complex.
HOW FAST ARE MAINTENANCE CALLS HANDLED?
Fast! All residents enter maintenance issues on the resident portal where it is viewed by all staff to handle routine requests and solve problems that arise during regular business hours. There is also emergency maintenance 24/7.
HOW IS THE SAFETY AND SECURITY?
We take the safety of our residents seriously and have built many new safety features and enhancements. We have an electronic gate and walk-in gate both accessed by keypads and clicker operated gate opener. Newly installed fencing around the property and signage protects property and restricts traffic to one entrance only. An extensive newly installed security camera system protects all residents. Exterior lighting: we have installed "always on" soft LED house lighting at every front door. All parking areas, the buildings and the field have bright LED lighting on dusk to dawn. New double pane windows with reinforced locking systems in every apartment. All entry doors are being upgraded to electronic, keypad operated locks.
LENGTH OF LEASES:
All leases are for one year. We do not offer shorter term leases.
SECTION 8, HUD OR HOUSING ASSISTANCE:
We do not accept section 8, HUD or housing assistance vouchers.
